Miscellaneous
Sai Baba of Shirdi (died 1918) was an Indian spiritual master who is regarded as a saint and a fakir. He was venerated by both his Hindu and Muslim devotees during his lifetime, and is regarded by many as a manifestation of God himself.
Sai Baba lived in the town of Shirdi (in present-day Maharashtra) and taught a moral code of love, forgiveness, helping others, charity, contentment, inner peace, and devotion to God and guru. His famous sayings include: "Sabka Malik Ek" (One God governs all) and "Shraddha aur Saburi" (Faith and patience).
Dr. Sahu holds great reverence for Sai Baba, and has painted him multiple times, each capturing a different aspect of this beloved saint's compassionate presence.
